Lottery FAQ's
What is the Macmillan Cancer Support Weekly Lottery?
The Macmillan Cancer Support weekly lottery is a way to raise vital funds to support the growing number of people living with cancer in the UK. It’s a weekly draw that takes place every Friday, and each entry costs £1 per week. Every entry gives you the chance of winning 1,000 cash prizes, with the top prize of £1,000. Plus, you’ll automatically be entered into our quarterly SuperDraws for the chance to win the £10,000 jackpot. .
What does it cost to enter the Macmillan weekly lottery?
1 entry per week = £4.34 per month, 2 entries per week = £8.68 per month. The lottery is played weekly rather than monthly but the monthly ask level reflects the varying number of weekly draw days in each calendar month.
A weekly lottery entry costs £1 and we will collect monthly payments of £4.34 by Direct Debit. You may choose to round up your donation to £5.00 per month per entry with the additional funds collected ensuring you never miss a draw where there are 5 weeks in the month and any excess funds are then donated to Macmillan.
How do I find my numbers?
We will send you an email outlining your subscription details, including your Direct Debit Guarantee and confirmation of lottery numbers. If you do not provide your email address, we will send you a letter confirming all the details in the post.
Where will my money go?
